Twitter, Facebook give homeless a voice at #wearevisible

Celebrities, bloggers and even kids are posting status and tweets about "We Are Visible" a site that helps homeless individuals learn how to sign-up for blogs, Facebook, Twitter and e-mail as a way to share to their story.

we are visible logo.jpg"We Are Visible" was started by Mark Horvath, who found himself homeless in 1995 following a battle with addiction.

Through the "visible communication we will be heard, we will be visible" said Mark Horvath, founder of InvisiblePeople.tv, which launch in 2008 as a video blog telling the stories of homeless individuals.

out to public libraries across the country to help inform more homeless people about "We Are Visible" and how it can help them.

In 1995, Horvath found himself homeless after battling with addication. He got his life back together, purchased a new home, only to lose it all again when the recession hit.
