St. Tammany Parish – CDBG Grants for Nonprofits now available

St. Tammany Parish Government’s Department of Health & Human Services announced today that funding  is available for area nonprofit organizations. These public service grants are funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); a program of the US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).

Grant applications are due September 15, 2012.

Eligible applicants are established, operating public or private non-profit organizations. Projects must serve residents of St. Tammany Parish (Louisiana) & must address the needs identified in the Parish’s Consolidated Plan.
